Answer: A FUN night of painting and wine at Pinot's Palette!
The other night I went with my new, sweet friend, J, to try our hand at painting! It was a lot of fun and I will definitely be back. I was off to a little bit of a rough start (you know, being a Type-A, perfectionist/accountant), but after some fun painting techniques and a few more sips of wine, I was starting to get the hang of it! Here is a picture of our art half-way through the class...
There were about 30 people total in the class and the teacher kept it fun and interesting! I highly recommend trying this out if your town offers something similar. It makes for a fun night out because you can also bring in your own food and drinks (*Thanks M, for introducing me to the lovely Wine Cube! We had about three people ask us what we were drinking!)

I'm so jealous...my friends have been going to these types of things and I'm always out of town. Love your work!
ReplyDeleteY'alls paintings look soooo great! I want to go to one of these with you the next time I am in town! I just tried to convince Danny to do one here but he says he will be the only guy there! Love you!
