I have to admit, I'm a little sad this week.
Maybe you'll understand why after seeing these pictures!
Not only did my best friend get married this past weekend,
but we also spent four long days here...
South Padre Island, Texas!
We did some fishing...
and enjoyed the perfectly, hot Texas weather!
I also got to see my dream house on the water...
(Yes, Please & Thank you!)
It was a perfect weekend!
And I'm already ready to go back!
When that summer sun starts to beatin' down
And you don't know what to do
Grab your swimming trunks
Ice up that old igloo
Drive until the map turns blue
All you really need this time of year
Is a pair of shades
And ice cold beer
And a place to sit somewhere near
Water

ReplyDeleteThat water is so beautifully blue! Our nearest beach is now full of oily muck, so it was lovely to see your pictures. I love the effect of that first one. Just makes me want to run down that path and jump in the water.
