In TEXAS high school football is BIG!
Come Friday night...the stands are full.
"A town, a team, a dream" - Friday Night Lights
and rain or shine...the game will go on!
Last night D & I had a real "flashback friday"!
We drove 30 minutes to watch his alma mater play Friendswood.
SFHS was 5-0 overall and 2-0 in district play.
They rolled into town to play Friendswood homecoming weekend.
It was a close game the whole time...
Despite the rain & the cold front...it was a great trip down memory lane with my "college sweetheart"!

but SF pulled it off with a 29-28 victory. It doesn't get much better than that!
